You WILL NOT receive anything by mail. Once you submit your online form, it will be reviewed, and you will receive an email confirmation.

1) Race Day: You WILL need to check in at registration or you will not be entered into your classes.

2) Any pit passes already paid for will be available for pick up at pit gate, day of the event.

3) Pit Passes will be available to purchase the day of the event. Prices will increase by $10.00/each after 06/10/2025

-NO REFUNDS on Pre-Entries. You may move classes, but must let Registration know the day off race.

-Nothing will be sent to you in the mail. If you pre-paid for Pit Passes, you will get your pit pass(s) the day of the race.

-We reserve the right to move riders into classes we see fit.
